On a large plot of land, the result of grouping two plots, a large home is planned on a single floor, regularizing the grade to enhance the horizontality of the building.
The house is arranged with three areas: -one for recreation and living facing the south area, with a large dining room-kitchen and living room, -the second taking advantage of the quieter west wing where the bedrooms are housed, and -a third where They include housing services such as a large garage, facilities area, etc.
Towards the north and west sides the house is limited by the plot setbacks, thus allowing for a large garden and open space with a pool facing southeast.
With hanging wooden beams, a glazed exterior patio is formed inside the house and in the central area where a unique planting is projected, to enhance and give life to the distribution spaces by radiating natural light in the center of the house.
Large openings in CLT on the roof and a great height of the walls on the ground floor, throughout the building, allow for a distribution of rooms with complete freedom and generate large areas of natural light, such as a large porch projecting to the south that unifies and It frames the body of the building in front of the pool and open area of the garden and as the aforementioned patio that serves to organize the entire complex.
Due to the insulation system of the envelope, with SATE on the façade and inverted roof, -both based on CLT-, it is designed with an A energy classification with passive construction criteria.
